Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV3-24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,374 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV3-24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and B cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGLV3-24 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV3-24-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV3-24 results are reported.
