Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV10-67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV10-67-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and B cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGLV10-67 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV10-67-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV10-67 results are reported.
