Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV10-67 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGLV10-67 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher IGLV10-67 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV10-67 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and KIRC show a favorable association.

KICH, LUAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where IGLV10-67 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
