IGLV1-62

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV1-62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,419 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV1-62-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV1OR2-11, IGHV1OR15-9, and IGLV8-61. Each is linked with IGLV1-62 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV1-62-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV1-62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGLV1-62 versus IGKV1OR2-11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLV1-62→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLV1-62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
