Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV1-62 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGLV1-62 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGLV1-62 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV1-62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, BLCA, and CESC are the cancer types where IGLV1-62 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
