IGLV1-62

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV1-62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,907 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV1-62-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and B cell mediated immunity. Each is linked with IGLV1-62 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV1-62-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV1-62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation grouped by IGLV1-62-low versus IGLV1-62-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLV1-62→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLV1-62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
