The most reproducible IGLV1-41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antibacterial humoral response, Antimicrobial humoral response, and Humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin. Each is linked with IGLV1-41 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV1-41-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV1-41 results are reported.
