The most reproducible IGKV3-25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGKV3-25 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV3-25-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV3-25 results are reported.
