IGKV3-15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV3-15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV3-15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D2, LCN1P2, and MIR4462. Each is linked with IGKV3-15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV3-15-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV3-15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D2 grouped by IGKV3-15-low versus IGKV3-15-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGKV3-15→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGKV3-15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
