Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV3-11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,233 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV3-11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, ARHGAP45, and CD48. Each is linked with IGKV3-11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV3-11-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV3-11 results are reported.
