Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2D-23 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV2D-23 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher IGKV2D-23 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2D-23 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where IGKV2D-23 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
