The most reproducible IGKV2D-18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antimicrobial humoral response, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV2D-18 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2D-18-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2D-18 results are reported.
