Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2-4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,666 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2-4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and B cell mediated immunity. Each is linked with IGKV2-4 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-4-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-4 results are reported.
