Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2-38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,070 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2-38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and B cell proliferation involved in immune response. Each is linked with IGKV2-38 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-38-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-38 results are reported.
