The most reproducible IGKV2-29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGKV2D-29, MZB1, and GIMAP7. Each is linked with IGKV2-29 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-29-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-29 results are reported.
