Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2-29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,700 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2-29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, B cell mediated immunity, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV2-29 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-29-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-29 results are reported.
