Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2-26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,873 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2-26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antimicrobial humoral response, Antibacterial humoral response, and Humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin. Each is linked with IGKV2-26 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-26-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-26 results are reported.
