Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2-10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,268 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2-10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Complement activation. Each is linked with IGKV2-10 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-10-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-10 results are reported.
