IGKV1-5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ22, MIR561, and USP9YP2. Each is linked with IGKV1-5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-5-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ22 grouped by IGKV1-5-low versus IGKV1-5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGKV1-5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGKV1-5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
