Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,266 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antibacterial humoral response, and Antimicrobial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV1-37 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-37-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-37 results are reported.
