Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,226 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV1-35 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-35-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-35 results are reported.
