IGKV1-33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-33-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3130-2, MIR3912, and MIR4254. Each is linked with IGKV1-33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-33-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3130-2 grouped by IGKV1-33-low versus IGKV1-33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGKV1-33→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGKV1-33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
