Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,976 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV1-22 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-22-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-22 results are reported.
