Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,672 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, DOCK2, and CD38. Each is linked with IGKV1-17 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-17-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-17 results are reported.
