IGKV1-17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-17-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, STAT3_pY705, and Tuberin. Each is linked with IGKV1-17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-17-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by IGKV1-17-low versus IGKV1-17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGKV1-17→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGKV1-17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
