The most reproducible IGHVIII-82-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of immunoglobulin production, Positive regulation of transporter activity, and Positive regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Each is linked with IGHVIII-82 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVIII-82-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVIII-82 results are reported.
