Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHVIII-82 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHVIII-82 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher IGHVIII-82 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHVIII-82 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCS, CESC, and ESCA are the cancer types where IGHVIII-82 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
