Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVIII-67-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,711 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVIII-67-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antimicrobial humoral response, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGHVIII-67-2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVIII-67-2-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVIII-67-2 results are reported.
