Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVIII-22-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,236 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVIII-22-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Positive regulation of B cell differentiation. Each is linked with IGHVIII-22-2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVIII-22-2-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVIII-22-2 results are reported.
