Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVII-78-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,026 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHVII-78-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation, Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction, and Regulation of Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with IGHVII-78-1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVII-78-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVII-78-1 results are reported.
