IGHVII-60-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVII-60-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,587 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVII-60-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of alpha-beta T cell proliferation, and Positive T cell selection. Each is linked with IGHVII-60-1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVII-60-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVII-60-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell receptor signaling pathway grouped by IGHVII-60-1-low versus IGHVII-60-1-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHVII-60-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHVII-60-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
