The most reproducible IGHVII-53-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGHVII-53-1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVII-53-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVII-53-1 results are reported.
