Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVII-51-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,892 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVII-51-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and B cell activation. Each is linked with IGHVII-51-2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVII-51-2-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVII-51-2 results are reported.
