Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVII-22-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,597 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVII-22-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, B cell mediated immunity, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGHVII-22-1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVII-22-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVII-22-1 results are reported.
