Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHVII-22-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHVII-22-1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher IGHVII-22-1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHVII-22-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.

KIRC, DLBC, and SKCM are the cancer types where IGHVII-22-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
