The most reproducible IGHV7-56-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antimicrobial humoral response, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGHV7-56 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV7-56-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV7-56 results are reported.
