Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV7-40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,621 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV7-40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with IGHV7-40 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV7-40-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV7-40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway grouped by IGHV7-40-low versus IGHV7-40-high in THCA.
