Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV7-27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,964 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV7-27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antimicrobial humoral response, and B cell activation. Each is linked with IGHV7-27 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV7-27-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV7-27 results are reported.
