Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV4-34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV4-34 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher IGHV4-34 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV4-34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where IGHV4-34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
