IGHV3-79

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-79 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,658 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-79-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV7-81, IGHV5-78, and IGHV3-74. Each is linked with IGHV3-79 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-79-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-79 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGHV3-79 versus IGHV7-81 in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-79→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-79) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
