The most reproducible IGHV3-76-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antimicrobial humoral response, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGHV3-76 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-76-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-76 results are reported.
