Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-65 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV3-65 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher IGHV3-65 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC are the cancer types where IGHV3-65 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
