IGHV3-6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,815 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of B cell activation, B cell mediated immunity, and Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGHV3-6 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-6-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of B cell activation grouped by IGHV3-6-low versus IGHV3-6-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
