Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-57 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,522 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-57-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGHV3-57 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-57-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-57 results are reported.
