Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-57 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHV3-57 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGHV3-57 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where IGHV3-57 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
