The most reproducible IGHV3-54-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, B cell mediated immunity, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGHV3-54 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-54-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-54 results are reported.
