Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,079 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-52-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, B cell mediated immunity, and Antimicrobial humoral response. Each is linked with IGHV3-52 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-52-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-52 results are reported.
