Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,684 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antibacterial humoral response, and B cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGHV3-50 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-50-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-50 results are reported.
