Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,935 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and B cell mediated immunity. Each is linked with IGHV3-37 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-37-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-37 results are reported.
