IGHV3-32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,634 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Thymic T cell selection, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGHV3-32 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-32-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell mediated immunity grouped by IGHV3-32-low versus IGHV3-32-high in THCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-32→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
